The County of Lanark is participating in the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program (AHP).  The Homeownership component of the AHP provides five (5) per cent of home purchase price in down-payment assistance to low and moderate-income households to assist them in purchasing a home.

 Applicants must be renting in Lanark County, be at least 18 years old, have a combined household income below the maximum eligible income limit of $71,800 and have access to mortgage financing.  For further information and to find out if you qualify for the program please click HERE.
